We help employers protect their employees from harassment at work.
Since late 2024 all employers have had a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. From October 2026 changes to the Equality Act will mean employers will become liable if their employees are harassed by third parties (e.g. customers, suppliers and members of the public) unless they have taken all reasonable steps to prevent it.
We offer a cost-effective compliance solution for small and medium sized employers, from pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets, to professional service organisations and manufacturing operations, amongst others.
