You can cancel your subscription anytime, giving us a month’s notice. For example, if you cancel at anytime in March, you will have access until the end of the following month, i.e. April, with your last payment being in April.

A reasonable internet connection of a kind you would need to access any video content online.

For employees – please speak to the person that arranged the training for you, usually someone in HR. They can then raise a ticket with us, if they are unable to resolve the issue. We cannot take call or messages directly from employees.

Fees are based on the type of subscription you have, whether entitled to discount as an existing client, and the number of employees you wish to receive training. Pricing is per delegate / employee, with lower costs for greater numbers of employees.
